How to Use:
প্রায় 20ml mouthwash নিয়ে 30 সেকেন্ডের মতো মুখের মধ্যে ভালোভাবে rinse করে থুতু ফেলে দিন। গিলে ফেলবেন না। দিনে ২ বার ব্যবহার করা যায়।
Note: এটি brushing-এর replacement নয়; regular brushing ও flossing-এর পাশাপাশি ব্যবহার করুন।
